Because the length of customer information varies, the parts of a label may sometimes not fit properly within the label: part of the label may stay empty, or the content may overflow the label frame. In that case you can quickly adjust the font size of the label in the preview window. To do this, enable this checkbox and do as follows:
To change the font size of one label, hover the mouse pointer over it, hold the Shift key and scroll the mouse wheel to make the font larger or smaller. You can also use the Shift + ↑↓ shortcut keys. Holding the Ctrl key as well makes the font size change 5 times faster. To change the font size of all labels, simply move the mouse pointer outside the label frames and use the same method.
Besides changing the font size of a whole label (as a percentage), you can also change the font size of one specific part, such as the header, footer, sender information, recipient information, order details, order items table or motivational quote, and even the size of QR codes and images. To do this, simply hover over that part and use the Shift key with the mouse wheel (or the Shift + ↑↓ shortcut keys) in the same way.
To reset one label to its default, hover over it, hold Shift+Alt (or Ctrl+Shift+Alt) and click the label, or press the R key. To reset the font size of all labels, move the mouse pointer outside the label frames and do the same. To reset the font size of one specific part of a label, hover over that part and use Shift+Alt (or Ctrl+Shift+Alt) with a click or the R key in the same way.
